My very personal story of how I used the
MIND Method this week
On today’s podcast, Joanna is talking about how she personally had a very challenging wkee and if it had not been for her MIND method being put to use, she likely would have handled this very differently. She dives deep into how our brain is hardwired to always create the worst case scenarios and that we often get sucked into the illusion of fear. Our brains often think that if we worry about all the possibilities of what will go wrong, we can prepare ourselves for that scenario which is untrue.
