The M step of the M.I.N.D Method™

Last week, Joanna kicked off a series on the podcast where she goes in depth into the M.I.N.D Method™.  This week, she talks about how she created this method first and foremost for herself because for many years, her journey to build her dream business and dream life was one of stress, burnout, overwhelm, and unbalance. 

She discusses how her life’s work is to support other women and teach them how to master their minds so that they get off the hamster wheel that she in fact found herself running on for years.
